Grant Cycle
While statewide funding opportunities are available year-round, two grant cycles are available each spring for nonprofits serving San Luis and Yuma communities.
Timeline for 2024
Below are important milestones for the ACF of Yuma Grant Cycle (open to nonprofits serving Yuma County) and the San Luis Community Fund Grant Cycle (open to nonprofits serving San Luis).
SUMMER
Mid July: Grant cycle for Yuma and San Luis opens. Grant application workshop takes place. Nonprofits are strongly encouraged to attend.
July 10: Grant application workshops take place to prepare organizations for applying. Attendance is not mandatory in order to apply for funding.
July 11: Grant application workshops take place to prepare organizations for applying. Attendance is not mandatory in order to apply for funding.
Mid August: Grant application closes for both Yuma and San Luis.
FALL
October: Advisory board makes final funding recommendations.
November: Grant award and decline notifications sent out.
