Walter Keith Irwin Memorial Scholarship
The Walter Keith Irwin Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Shay. Students must reside with a familial guardian (parent, grandparent, uncle, etc.) that is active duty or retired military of any branch and be majoring in studies related to History or Aviation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- High school county in Yuma or San Pasqual Valley High School
- Engineering or humanities
- Dependent of an active duty member or veteran of the US Armed Services or reside with a familial guardian that is an active duty or veteran of the US Armed Services.
