The Don and Sybil Harrington Scholarship Fund was created by the Trustees of the Sybil B. Harrington Trust.
Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduating high school senior in Maricopa County
- Minimum 3.5 GPA and minimum ACT 28 OR minimum SAT 1249
- Full time
