Dale Spencer Scholarship
The Dale Spencer Scholarship Fund provides financial education assistance to veterans with high financial need. Preference is given to those who are current or former members of the Foster Care System.
Eligibility Criteria:

- Active Duty or Member of the U.S. Armed Services
