Tammy Howell

Tammy Howell joined the Arizona Community Foundation as Regional Director, based in Flagstaff. In this role, she is responsible for serving local donors, creating community engagement, and building ACF of Flagstaff’s assets to support the community.

Tammy has 20 years of experience leading teams and building programs to support organizational and community initiatives. Her most recent role was at North Country HealthCare, where she was the Director of Marketing & Development. She played a pivotal role in supporting the strategic vision of the organization through communications, marketing, and fundraising. She developed and implemented strategies to cultivate and solicit major gifts, established, and maintained corporate partnerships, and worked to organize campaign projects to support the diverse needs of our northern Arizona urban-rural communities and underserved populations.

She served as a board member of the Coconino Community College Foundation and dedicated herself to teaching digital marketing, advertising, and marketing management courses at Grand Canyon University. She was recognized as an Outstanding Adjunct Traditional Faculty of the Semester for Fall 2023, Colangelo College of Business.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Marketing with a minor in Customer Service and Integrated Marketing Communications-Graphic Design from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.
