Mercedes Steele

Mercedes Steele is the Senior Coordinator, People & Culture at the Arizona Community Foundation. In this role, she provides exceptional support for the entire staff and coordinates the process of the employee life cycle. This includes being an important part of the new employee onboarding process, as well as training and supporting new and temporary staff for the organization. She was promoted to her current role in April 2024, having previously served as Administrative Coordinator in May 2021, after working for several months as a temporary coordinator.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Arizona State University.
