Community Impact Officer, Grants, Learning & Evaluation
As Community Impact Officer, Grants, Learning & Evaluation, Gregorio Montes de Oca supports research, data analysis and reporting, and project management for the community investment team. His role is tied directly to ACF’s strategic value propositions and impact focus areas that will allow collaboration with key staff across ACF to identify new opportunities for funding, deploy grantmaking dollars for the most impact, and create a culture of continuous learning for ACF. He was promoted to his current role June 2024, having previously served as a Community Investment Coordinator and Community Investment Manager.
Gregorio serves as a Steering Committee member for the Tax Equity Funders Network and is a member of ASU’s Southwest Interdisciplinary Research Center Community Advisory Board. Prior to ACF, Gregorio managed diversity, equity, inclusion programs and community partnership efforts for Mountain Park Health Center. As a National Urban Fellow, he co-led the Boys and Men of Color Campaign at The California Endowment. Originally from Washington State, Gregorio holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Chicano/a Studies from Arizona State University and a Master of Public Administration from the City University of New York.
