Salesforce Administrator I

Diana is a Salesforce Administrator I for the Arizona Community Foundation. In this role, Diana is responsible for business process optimization, reports, dashboards, visual components in Salesforce, documenting business processes, and Salesforce and Microsoft Teams training of staff. She was promoted to her current role in September 2024, after growing her skills in database administration and analyzation within the information services team.

Diana brings extensive work experience that includes project management, processes, efficiency improvements, and data analytics. Prior to ACF, Diana worked in Research and Development for a major Automotive Manufacturer where she managed large scale projects to implement new technologies and processes.
