Allan Villanueva, CMP

As Director, Employee Engagement & Culture, Allan Villanueva is focused on employee engagement and learning activities, and ensuring ACF continues to provide an amazing workplace culture. He was promoted to his current role in April 2024, having previously served as Meeting & Events Manager.

Prior to ACF, Allan spent nine years on the events team at Ewing Irrigation where he received multiple promotions and transformed their events. He holds numerous Cvent certifications and is a Certified Meeting Professional.
